Recently, Paul Rosenberg has stepped down as CEO of Def Jam after rocking out for nearly two years in the game and, it seems that someone is already looking to fill his spot.
The rapper turned mogul recently took to twitter to shoot his shot for the newly available position.
“I have decided to take the job at Def Jam. Somebody gotta do it, who better than me?” said the Effin Vodka mogul.
We’re pretty sure Fifty was just trolling per usual, but the idea wouldn’t be bad to consider seeing as though the rapper has had an enormous amount of success in his other business ventures.
Fifty is currently making a huge killing in Hollywood with his Effin vodka and Power Saga.

During a recent interview with Complex Magazine, the rapper denied punching French when asked about fighting rumors.
“No there’s no truth to that. Would I do that,” said 50 Cent.
When asked about his current relationship with French Montana, the rapper proceeded to walk out of the interview.
As you may recall, rumors began to surface that the two rappers had gotten into an altercation at E11Even nightclub in Miami after their ongoing Instagram beef.
French later took to social media shortly after to clear up the situation stating, “Tell people the real story. I went to the club, you were hosting. You heard I was coming, you walked out the back. You were in the car…I wish you would touch me.”
Let’s hope that the two can be on good terms now that 50 set the record straight.

50 Cent is usually a social media troll but on Thursday he took time up to stick up for his friend JAY-Z. Former friend and business partner to JAY-Z, Dame Dash went on Nick Cannon’s podcast and was asked about Foxy Brown.
Cannon asked Dash how old Foxy Brown was when she signed with Def Jam in 2005, at the time JAY-Z was president and CEO of the label.
“Don’t beat around the bush. What are you insinuating? It seems like you got a question for Jay,” Dame asked Cannon. Enter 50 Cent who responded to the video of the podcast commented, “Dame is a real sucker for this, trying to get Jay jammed up. Smh.”
DJ Funk Flex got into a back and forth with Cannon via social media and mentioned that Foxy has always lied about her age to everyone. The subject came up after Dame recently stated that he felt “betrayed” by JAY-Z when he collaborated with R. Kelly after being friends with Aaliyah, who married Kelly at the age of 15.

50 Cent is making headlines once again after a video of him collecting money off of a stripper stage is going viral. But according to 50, there’s good reasoning behind it.
Shortly after making it rain, 50, who is notoriously petty, said he was receiving poor customer service and therefore wanted to take his money back, so he did just that.

Teairra Mari recently filed for a restraining order against her ex, Akbar Abdul-Ahad and his friend, 50 Cent after the two were allegedly posting a picture of the singer/actress with bodily fluids on her face.
Mari’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom is criticizing the judge in the case because the request had been denied on a technicality. The judge says she doesn’t think the photo shows Mari ‘engaging’ in a sexual act,” nor is the judge convinced that 50 Cent will post the photo again.
Bloom says that the picture clearly shows that a sex act took place and the picture is exactly why the revenge porn law was made. For now, no restraining order was granted and it’ll be next month before Mari’s ex Abdul-Ahad goes to court.

50 Cent will face legal action in the revenge-porn case involving Teairra Mari, her attorney Lisa Bloom said Wednesday.
According to Bloom, Mari became a victim of revenge porn last week, when her ex-boyfriend, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, posted sexually explicit images on her Instagram account.
“Mari alleges that this post was designed to publicly humiliate her after she had broken up with him,” Bloom said in a statement issued Wednesday..
Bloom’s statement said, “50 Cent, who appears to be a close friend of Mr. Abdul-Ahad, immediately reposted one of the explicit images to his 18 million followers, with the caption, ‘get the strap.’”
50 Cent took to Instagram on Wednesday, after Bloom’s announcement, to post a photo of himself with Bloom’s mother, attorney Gloria Allred.

50 Cent and his son Marquise Jackson have had a strained relationship for years.
Now, the 19-year-old is coming for his famous father in the only language that 50 may respond to: music. The aspiring rapper dropped a track called “Different” off his upcoming mixtape Escape, in which he goes in on his estranged father, rapping things like, “Lost my pops, he’s still alive.” The track, which was inspired by Dr. Dre’s “What’s the Difference,” was released on the 14th anniversary of 50 Cent’s classic album, Get Rich or Die Tryin’.
Marquise spoke out about his relationship with his dad in a recent interview with Rap Up, saying, “It completely went south when I was probably like 10 or 11. He wasn’t really around enough. It kind of dwindled down as time went on and certain events happened. For me, I just started feeling differently about him because growing up, my dad was my superhero. He’s on television, he does this, he does this, he would take me to school. It was like having a father who’s Superman, more or less.”
There’s no telling what 50, aka King Petty, will do after hearing the song. He has yet to respond, although he’s been active on social media. Check out “Different” above.

Vivica A. Fox visited “The Wendy Williams Show” this morning and admitted she will always have love for rapper 50 Cent.
50 Cent and Vivica, despite their seemingly turbulent relationship on social media, had an amicable and unexpected meeting when they saw each other at the Knicks’ game on Monday night.
According to Viv, she walked up to 50 in private and wished him a “Happy New Year.” They hugged and the former couple spoke for about five minutes.
“I know y’all don’t know it, but I will always have love for him. As much as we’ve been through, I will always have love for him,” she revealed to Wendy. Growing emotional, she added, “He was like my true love.”
Viv also admitted she told 50 last night that she will always love him even though they can’t be together.
Well that explains all the sexual tension when they argue… especially that whole booty eating comment on WWHL. In other news, Viv is promoting her new show “Black Magic,” where she selects a group of strippers for her male exotic revue.
Catch “Black Magic” Wednesday nights at 8pm on Lifetime.
