Early this morning a J. Cole album popped up on iTunes for pre-order titled 4 Your Eyez Only. The official release date is set for Friday, December 9th. This album will drop exactly 2 years after his most successful album to date 2014 Forest Hills Drive, which went platinum with no singles or features.
Two months ago during a performance at the Meadows Music & Arts Festival in Queens, New York, Cole announced that would be his last show for a while. Many people speculated why; among rumors that his wife might be pregnant with their first child. Regardless he’s leaving fans with a new album until he decides to return to the stage again.
Dad of the year goes to this guy! The internet is going crazy after a woman on a flight tweeted a photo of a man who went to the extreme just so his daughter could trick-or-treat. The father, who wishes to remain anonymous, went up and down the aisles to make sure each passenger had candy to distribute to his daughter while she walked around in her donut costume.
The flight was traveling from Boston to San Francisco. Talk about going the extra mile.

With the sad news in hip-hop today losing legendary rapper Phife Dawg possibly to type 1 Diabetes and Philly native Freeway and his recent diagnosis with Type 2 Diabetes; I found it necessary to share a few tips on ways to help prevent or deal with for those currently living with the disease . If you’re unfamiliar, Diabetes is a result of too much sugar in the blood or high blood glucose. When your sugar is high or not producing insulin, it causes the blood to become thick (like syrup) making it difficult for blood to pass through your arteries.
Type 1 Diabetes (formerly known as Juvenile Diabetes) is usually diagnosed in young children when the body doesn’t produce insulin at all, Type 2 Diabetes (the most common) is when the body causes blood sugar to rise to higher levels than normal.
Diabetes can be prevented by not smoking, getting your blood pressure checked regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, staying physically active, and making healthy food choices. For more information if you’re living with diabetes visit The American Diabetes Association ‘s website.

If you don’t have a subscription with Tidal or follow the southern rapper on social media, there’s a chance you may have missed the announcement last night from T.I. and his latest deal with Tidal.
Last nights video surfaced with a performance from TI. with other guests like Young Thug joining him on the stage.
Along with the announcement, Tidal will feature a three-day stream of his latest single Money Talks off his forthcoming project Time Hop.
T.I. will always be a mega force when it comes to his accomplishments and impact in hip-hop, but it seems the last few albums & singles haven’t really had that “TI” feel to them, (All About The Money, No Mediocre).
Only time will tell how this deal with Tidal will impact the rest of T.I.’s career. It seemed to really help Kanye, but on the other hand, not so much for Wayne.
