Tyrese told the world that Will and Jada gave him $5 million to stay off social media and pay his child custody case legal fees, however sources close to the power couple are saying that DID not happen.

TMZ reports that Tyrese’s $5 million Will and Jada claim “simply isn’t true” and the duo hasn’t give him a dime. The couple’s reportedly extremely worried that Tyrese is having some sort of a breakdown.

Tyrese took to Instagram to let everyone know the news.

“Sometimes you just need 1 phone call,” wrote Tyrese. “Just know that God is the greatest…… They don’t want any love….. They told me to go easy…. just know that it’s just good to know there’s still some really nice sincere people out here…… Jada-Pinkett-Smith and my hero WILL SMITH.”

TMZ is reporting that Tyrese went back to his hotel after leaving court, and suddenly began having intense chest pains.

He went to the emergency room where he was given fluids for dehydration and tests for the chest pains.

This all comes after a nasty day in court with his ex wife who took the stand requesting a  permanent restraining order.
According to TMZ,  she described incidents of abuse with claims that Tyrese punched her in the face in 2007 while she was pregnant with their now 10-year-old daughter Shayla — and says Tyrese had her followed for some time after their split.

Tyrese admitted to having her followed…but only because he suspected that she was dating a drug dealer — which Norma denied, according to TMZ.

Tyrese Apologizes For Calling Black Women ‘Skeezers, Hoes and Skanks’

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Annual Commemorative Service

Source: Paras Griffin / Getty

Tyrese is trying to make amends for sexist and disparaging comments he made about Black women in a recent interview with BET.

While promoting his new film Fate Of The Furious, per usual he came out of his mouth to send a message to the “hoes, sluts, skanks, skeezer, and overly-aggressive promiscuous women.”

The singer and actor said “never without a man because they don’t have no standards. They ready to have sex with any and everything that want to have sex with them.” He encouraged single women to “hold out,” not settle and know their self-worth.

He continued, “You have women that are active out in these streets, they going to lunches and dinners every night. Private planes, mega yachts, it’s cracking. They’re never without. However, it comes with a cost, you gonna put a lot of miles on yourself down there, come on.”

Now after getting dragged on Twitter and being in the doghouse by his new wife, Tyrese has gone on Instagram to apologize for what he said. In a ridiculously long post, he denies hating women and that his “intentions were there but my delivery f&*^ing horrible.”

“I sincerely apologize to all of the ladies… Even after this apology…. Some may likely decide to NOT forgive me…. Time and consistency heals all wounds…. Although I’ve been consistently for years speaking on these topics and some of the same words in my message, I have never experienced what I am experiencing right now. – I’ve been getting dragged and feel the heat from my poor choice of words and approach to my messages, trust me….. Please accept this as my sincere apology for my poor choice of words.”

He continued, “I’m not APOLOGIZING in an effort to be politically correct, I apologize as a man first for the things that I’ve recently said about choices women have the right to make, for the terms that I’ve used and the way I’ve come across. I was raised to think and feel certain ways, and I’m learning new things that combat those messages. I am not perfect or all knowing, nor am I the one to claim to be. I’ve learned things through experience which I share, and through these last couple of weeks, I’ve learned a lot through this well deserved internet dragging.

“This is about a man owning up to his actions, taking responsibility, recognizing how to do better, and actually doing better. Ladies you deserve better,” he concluded.

In a long history disrespect and double standards, hopefully he has finally learned his lesson with this most recent backlash. Because he is right: We deserve a hell of a lot better.

Wendy Williams Insinuates Tyrese Is Gay Because Of His Comments About ‘Skeezers’

AOL BUILD Series: Wendy Williams

Wendy Williams is no stranger to speaking her mind and she’s especially not afraid to do it when it comes to Tyrese.

Tyrese was already in hot water for his absurd and lengthy comments critiquing women’s body choices back in March. After many women dragged him, Williams added to the backlash by calling out Tyrese on her show: “I don’t like a man telling me what to do…You listen to your father, you listen to your husband if he has something smart to say. You might even listen to your boyfriend if you’ve been with him longer than three years, but I’m not listening to you, Tyrese. Are you serious?”

Well it seems the actor and “Sweet Lady” crooner still hasn’t learned his lesson. Tyrese continued to spew nonsense when he told BET.com, “Sluts, skeezers, hoes, tramps and overly aggressive promiscuous women, they are never without a man because they don’t have no standards.” He continued, “But when you are single, and you actually love yourself, you know your value and your self worth, you hold out until God sends you what’s yours.” You can watch his comments below.

After hearing this, Williams once again had to tell the singer about himself. On Thursday’s episode of The Wendy Williams Show, the talk show host questioned why Tyrese always has so much to say about women and not men. She even insinuated that he might have a thing for men. She let out, “he likes men,” before taking a sip of her delicious tea. You can watch for yourself below.

Tyrese recently got married to a women on Valentine’s Day in an under wraps ceremony.  Despite their expression of love, one does have to question why Tyrese seems to rarely have critiques for men. Maybe sexism runs deep for this actor…or you can believe what Wendy said.

Tyrese Defends His Controversial Statements About Women And His Wife’s Ethnicity In A New Instagram Sermon

Tyrese really wants ya’ll to care what he thinks about women…especially his woman.

The singer/actor set social media off when he took to Instagram to offer his unsolicited opinions about women who opt for weaves and cosmetic surgery. The Fast & Furious star believes that “fake clip ins” and “hard t***ies” constitutes as “manufactured beauty”, which caused woke Twitter to clap back immediately.

https://twitter.com/CrazyClarine/status/843477202624827392

Never one to back down from a heated debate, Tyrese hopped back on Instagram to double down on his comments and show off his beautiful new wife as proof of why he feels the way he does.

“Guys go ahead and be yourself,” he captioned. “We will be in the bed cuddles, loves and hugs and I’m sure you’re going to see to it that we’re entertained. Let’s start by arguing that she’s a white girl. Yeah, that’s a good start.”

Well alrighty then.

Do you guys believe Tyrese has a point or is he just trolling?

In Response To Tyrese’s Unwanted Opinion About Women Who Wear Weaves

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Annual Commemorative Service

I picture Tyrese finger combing through his large enough to live-in closet in search of the perfect ensemble as he prepares to pontificate. He slows down somewhere between the soft cloth of his favorite traditional Middle Eastern headdress and yesterday’s white linen suit. He slips into a pair of loafers and mounts his digital soap box.

I bet he begins his speeches with, ‘I do declare’ and uses commands like ‘hear ye’, hear ye’ before addressing his audience. I just want to throw up in my mouth.

Tyrese went on a very Tyrese-y rant this morning, calling out the “type” of “ladies” who wear “fake clip ons,” “eye lash extensions,” “fake lips” and have surgically pinched noses that make it hard to breath.

The catalyst for Tyrese’s tirade came from a group of “these” women who were complaining about the f*ck boys of the world.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BRuco0Ij2_D/

Self-reflecting much? I can’t help but feel like it was an attack on Black women, who aren’t born looking like his wife.

To put this more in perspective, Tyrese recently married “the love of his life” Samantha Lee. Great. Congrats. Good for you bro. But it wasn’t enough to simply announce the secret nuptials, Tyrese felt it necessary to add that she is his #blackqueen. Fans bombarded his comment section in response to what felt like a very forced declaration. According to another post, Samantha, “not that it matters,” is African-American, Ecuadorian and Jamaican. She is a beautiful biracial woman, who, by no force of her own, is the epitome of today’s beauty standard.

While Ty also praised his new wife’s accolades (she has a master’s degree in social work), it felt like he was qualifying his choice in a woman verses celebrating his love. Again. Cool. Whatever. It’s Tyrese we’re talking bout, he has a life-size transformer in his yard.

However, it becomes a problem when entertainers like Tyrese throw rocks at the mold they’ve helped create and perpetuate.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Samantha Lee, but for God’s sake, not all women have long, silky straight-from-the-scalp hair, long nails or lashes. Not all women slide out the womb with the “perfect” body shape or shade. And, despite popular belief, not all women wear enhancements to appease men. It’s simply unfair to invalidate a woman’s opinion based on her appearance.

Perhaps Tyrese was insinuating weaves, fake nails, lashes and enhanced rear-ends attract “stupid” men therefore women should just be natural to avoid the type of dudes who see such additions as desirable? But let’s not get it twisted. Tyrese isn’t making a noble attempt to protect women against n*ggas who prey on innocent-weave wearers.

I may be reaching here, but I believe Ty’s ears perked up because he heard the male species being disrespected and relevant keywords, which triggered subconscious feelings about the controversy surrounding his wife’s Blackness.

Let the court record also note, there is a silk string directly tied to Black men, who’ve placed certain physical traits on a pedestal, and the wheel which drives many women to plastic surgery. Only to have the same charioteers turn around and bash the women who try to look like her.

Furthermore, you are generalizing women while talking about women who generalize men.

As the house rep for the f*ck boy nation, this doesn’t come as a surprise, I’m just more appalled that someone can be so credulous to believe their own bullshit. As much as I appreciate his talents, Tyrese gets on my damn nerves and I want to report his Instagram account for excessive mansplaining.

The singer, who usually has an opinion about most things, keeps his dating life extremely private, until now. On Tuesday, Black Ty revealed some of the most shocking news of the year. He secretly tied the knot last month on Valentine’s Day and is now showing off his beautiful bride to the world. Although Tyrese didn’t go into details about his surprise nuptials, he posted a video clip of photos from the private ceremony with the caption, Mark 10:8 And the two will become #OneFlesh | –

Too Much Drama: Feud Between The Rock And Vin Diesel Reaches Epic Proportions

The cast of the movie 'Fast and Furious 5' (from left) director and producer Justin Lin, US actors Tyrese Gibson and Vin Diesel, Spanish actress Elsa Pataky, US actor Paul Walker, Israeli actress Gal Gadot and US actor Dwayne Johnson

The drama between Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Vin Diesel has gotten so bad that their Fast and Furious co-stars and colleagues have been forced to take sides.

The crew of the film has picked their favorite in the alleged beef, and their loyalty lies firmly with The Rock.

Earlier this week, Johnson aired his grievances on social media, and apparently he is not the only one who has a problem with Diesel’s work ethic as of late.

A source with the production told TMZ that Diesel was often 30 minutes to an hour late for shoots on the most recent installment of the film. Adding that when he did show up he was often arrogant and unruly, matters were only made worse because Diesel is not only the star of the franchise, but a producer as well.

On the flip side, the same source claimed that the crew loves Johnson, who is easy to work with, always on time, and the ultimate professional.

On the other side of the beef, longtime friend to Diesel and franchise co-star Tyrese also took to social media — but declared that he’s Team Diesel.

Unfortunately for the millions of fans of the franchise, Mommy and Daddy fighting could mean an end to the film series before it reaches double digit sequels. That would be pretty damn sad.

Tyrese Wants To Team Up With Jay Z & ‘Save Black Men From Killing Each Other’

US-ENTERTAINMENT-GQ

Tyrese came for Jay Z and the whole “I Got The Keys” crew, but now he’d like to recant his statement.

The 37-year-old singer has been part of several conversations concerning police brutality in the Black community, and in light of the recent racially fueled cop shootings, has become twice as vocal about everyone coming together to accomplish actual change.

In a statement that called out Hov, DJ Khaled, Future, and everyone else in the popular “I Got The Keys” video, Tyrese said, They scheduled a video….. I hope they’ve scheduled other meetings about the state of black men and WHAT we need to do to change the shit that’s going on……… “

His call-to-action caption was posted alongside a photo of the three previously mentioned hip-hop heavyweights. He added, “So yeah videos are nice and the first week of sales are nice… But it’s some real shit going on out here and it’s time to DO something.”

Now, Tyrese tells TMZ he was not dissing Jay Z or anyone else in the rap game. The site reports:

The singer tells TMZ … his IG post was about all people of color needing to step up and come together — especially powerful men like Jay Z, who has the stage and voice to influence real change … like going to Congress to change gun and drug laws.

Apparently he plans to reach out to Jay “to come up with some kind of plan to help save black men from killing each other and winding up in jail.”

Leave your thoughts below.

Tyrese Made a Drastic Life Change After Police Shootings

US-ENTERTAINMENT-GQ

Tyrese is feeling the impact of the tragic shootings of Black men and police officers of the past week very deeply.

In fact, the actor/singer has reportedly buried the long-existing hatchet in his custody battle with his ex-wife, Norma, and he is thanking the Black Lives Matter movement for helping the two make peace.

Tyrese told TMZ that last week’s police killings had a huge impact on both and the two had a long heart-to-heart for the first time in recent memory. They realized by fighting with each other, they were part of the problem. If you’re wondering how bad it got between them, at one point earlier this year, Tyrese expressed his fear that Norma would disappear with their daughter for good.

Tyrese is definitely telling the truth too: he posted a video to his Instagram with both his 9-year-old daughter, Shayla, and Norma and they all seemed to be smiling like a happy family.

While Tyrese has clarified that the two are not getting back together, he and Norma are committed to put their past differences aside to work better together as a family even though they are no longer together. What a great example to their daughter, and to the community at large.

Tyrese And Tank Go At It Like High School Girls On Instagram

2012 BET Awards - Roaming Inside And Backstage

Source: Jason Merritt / Getty

There are just some arguments that should happen behind closed doors. One of them being a ridiculous beef slash distance peeing session between Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank all formerly of TGT.

In December 2015, Tyrese announced that the Grammy nominated R&B group that put out one album together in 2013 would be disbanding. “I’m sorry to break the new,” he said in an informal Instagram statement.

“TGT is done.. It’s not about fault.. Business is business… We will forever love our brother G as brothers… We’ve got TOO much history to turn this into anything negative… Even 112 are still together, NEXT, DRU HILL is still together and TROOP and New Edition… And now it’s over.”

“We have been forced to try to look into someone else,” Tyrese added. “Or me and T just might do it solo… The reason it worked is because of our history and mutual respect… I don’t know I’m just shocked and disappointed that I’m even putting up this post…”

Not so subtly saying him and Tank move on without Ginuwine, the news was a surprise to the “Pony” singer who was not consulted about the breakup.

“Wow really to post personal Bizns sh*t is a pu**y move ni**a why would you do that and since you wanna do that keep it going and we will expose it all DIVA lets get it!!!!!!,” he responded. “Be a fu*king man not a lil boy talk to me call don’t try and manipulate the situation publicly wack wack wack of you. Exactly why it is the way it is.”

Fast forward to last week when Tank was interviewed by TMZ in an airport. When asked about the status of TGT he said, “Tyrese still doesn’t wanna split the money equally, so we’re done. We’re good.”

Welp.

Never letting anything go, Tyrese decided to clap back on Instagram with a series of post. The most recent being on Friday with him sitting by a fire place and puffing out his chest. “Jump out there Tank,” he says. “Why don’t you tell them the truth? I get $150,000 a show. What do you get per show? Oh so you want to split it equal? So you can ride the wave of my hotness. I see.”

In less than 24 hours, Tank responded on Instagram by saying, “I’m out here working with Power 106, a mainstream station that will never play your record.” Adding, “You say you get how much a show? $150k a show? [chuckles loudly]”

While Ginuwine has yet to respond —probably because he has bigger fish to fry— there is one thing that’s clear. These men are acting like little children.

When a business relationship doesn’t work out, it shows not tact to jump on social media and rail through the details of why. Considering the fact that the entertainment world is only so big, compounded by the R&B world specifically, it makes no sense to ruffle feathers.

Especially when we know they’ll be a TGT reunion once they all need that check.
