There have been some truly exciting moments thus far in the XXX Olympics in London. Records on the field and in the stat sheets have been broken, leading to some some curious water cooler conversation.
Swimmer Michael Phelps has set an Olympic record by winning a total of 22 medals, 18 of them Gold. While in track and field Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt has reclaimed his title as the world’s fastest man with a record-setting time of 9.63 seconds in the men’s 100-meter final. Bolt has been so fast in previous contests that he slowed down to show-off and still set a record.
