Yesterday, we reported that The KKK and a pro-Black group called the ‘Black Educators’ were going to have overlapping rallies at the South Carolina Statehouse. The Black Educators would be expressing their discontent with the country’s racial inequality, and the Loyal White Knights of America – the largest Klan group according to themselves – would be expressing what they see as a nation that is increasingly becoming anti-White. They were also demanding that the recently removed Confederate flag be returned to the Statehouse. In what was probably a lack of attention being paid to scheduling (or a really, really bad joke), both groups ended up protesting at the South Carolina State House yesterday afternoon, in overlapping times.

Unsurprisingly, NBC reports that the two groups happened to clash yesterday. It began with the KKK yelling racial slurs at the Black Educators, and before long, law enforcement descended on the protestors and began to remove them from the grounds. A few physical altercations took place in which members of the Black Educators got hold of the Confederate flag and tore it to pieces. Many locals also came to the Capitol grounds to express their disgust at the KKK. Luckily, no one was seriously hurt in any of the clashes.
